Hire the Hall

If you would like to hire the hall, we would love to help – here’s some useful information:

The hall has a legal capacity of 125 people, and can be hired for many different events, including:

  • Parties – Birthday, retirement, works, leaving, christening, wedding – anything you can think of!
  • Sports Presentations
  • Neighbourhood meetings
  • Club and society meetings

The hall is available with a bar and bar staff, serving 4 real ales as well as lagers, Guinness and ciders on draught, plus a selection of bottled beers, wines and spirits. If there’s a particular beverage you need for your function, just ask! We also serve tea and coffee. We can provide seating for the full capacity if needed.

Croxley-based clubs, societies and community organizations may be able to hire the hall for FREE under the Village Hall agreement with the Parish Council – let us know the details and we will see if we can help you out. This applies to both single and regular hires.

Otherwise a fee will be payable, along with a deposit – contact us for full details.

All hirers will need to outline their requirements, including date of hire(s), time period, reason for hire, whether a bar is required and any other requirements, e.g. need for extra chairs, tables, food facilities etc.

You are welcome to come and look round the facilities and we would be pleased to answer any questions. If you require anything additional, please ask – we aim to please!
